Nestled in the south of the Caribbean island chain is the beautiful tri-island state of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, the Spice of the Caribbean. With a size of 348.5 square kilometers, it is renowned for its perfect blend of warm, friendly people, as well as its natural, authentic and unspoilt beauty.

The Church of God of Prophecy was established on the island under the evangelistic ministry of Bishop Cyrus Alfredo Drew of Nevis and Team from Barbados and St. Vincent, on the 1st of October 1972 with 11 members inclusive of our present District Overseer for these nations, Bishop Richard P. Hopkin. The organization has since grown to three churches with nine Ordained Ministers and a membership of 357 plus followers under the leadership of:

Bishop Richard P. Hopkin – [Pastor], Marquis, St. Andrew

Bishop Dr. Trevor Rodney – [Pastor], Canal Road, St. Andrew

Bishop Simon P. John – [Pastor], Belmont, St. George

Our mission is to edify and equip God’s people with the word of God, prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit to impact the lives of their families, communities and the nation as a whole, to ultimately reap His harvest.

In a time where physical gatherings are significantly restricted by our current world situation, we have embraced the use of social media, which has allowed us to connect with members and welcome new converts into the church family. Furthermore, community outreach in the form of home and hospital visitations as well as monthly distributions to the less fortunate among us remains a priority of our earthly mission.

We strive to remain faithful to fulfilling the mandate of God that His word will be preached to all nations, and we invite you to be a part of this great commission for the glory of God.

May God bless you!
